Our raw material for knitting comes from Mahmood Spinning Unit, had ginned from Mahmood group owned ginning factory and cotton for ginning is taken from the farms of Mahmood Group comprising the land of 400 acres, believing the concept of “Farm to Fabrics” and “Fabrics to Ready to Wear”   Our In house Knitting Capacity is 5000 kgs per day & 130,000 kgs per month. We also have collaboration with reliable sources for meeting the demand of more knit fabric.  

After the processing and dying which is outsourced, the fabrics is cut with the latest auto cutter machine having a capacity of 50,000 pcs other than two cutting halls having a capacity of one hundred thousand (100,000) per month each.  

Embroidery We have in house embroidery machines having capability to produce different embellishment designs having a capacity of 25,000 Pcs per month. Printing We have two in house printing halls having a production capacity of 50,000 pcs per month producing different types of prints.  

We are having three stitching floors in our stitching units fully equipped with state-of-the-art machines automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. We have skilled and semi-skilled workers having production capacity of 250,000 pc per month.
