In 1999, a Weaving unit consisting of 72 Toyoda Air Jet Looms Model MFT 610 along with the following back processing machinery was set-up. The annual production capacity of the unit is 20 million sq. meters.

1- Sizing Machine from M/s. Sucker Muller, Germany.
2- High Efficiency Direct Bearing Installation from M/S. Benniger, Switzerland.
3- Toyoda Air Jet Looms from M/S. Toyoda Automatic Looms Works Ltd. Japan     (60 sets of 190 CM. width and 12 sets of 280 cm. width).
4- Luwa Complete Humidification Plant from M/s. Luwa Switzerland.

In 2001, 40 sets of highly developed Toyoda Air Jet Looms Model JAT 610 were imported from Japan raising the total number of looms from 72 to 112.

In the said unit, all sort and size of cloth can be manufactured according to demand of the valued buyers.

For the manufacturing of fabrics, cotton yarn is produced in our own spinning units. More important is that the raw cotton produced in our ginning factories is used. The fabric produced is, therefore, of very high quality, free from all defects, suitable for dyeing and conforming to international standards, as it is controlled right from Ginning to Spinning and Weaving.

Certificate under ISO 9002, has also been achieved by the company from M/s. SGS European Quality Certification Institute on 05.10.2000.
